What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Very easy to use Convene is more than just a meeting portal - it's a great resource for sharing publications/documents and electronically reviewing and approving documents without the need to have separate meetings for these. Also the app offers a lot of functions and the ability to share comments prior to the meeting has assisted with the understanding of reports.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the app is a bit laggy and slow to load documents and meetings. Another dislike is I cannot save document outside of application for which I feel the provision should be there

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Comparing the price to the amount of features it provides. I would recommend convene to be the best choice 8/10 also you can once compare with its competitor OnBoard, Diligent Boards

What differentiates Convene from other similar products?

Preparation for meetings has been simplified given that there is no longer a need to print documents with large volumes of pages to be sent to board members prior to a meeting.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It helps in increasing their engagement, productivity, and makes sure that no one misses anything.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Seems no dislike so far

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your organization requires a board portal that is customizable, fulfill your basic needs, cost-efficient, and is easy to use.

Convene assist me on furnishing Directors with Board papers via online easily without to print compare to physical Board papers as practice previously.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Convene also can be uploaded using the phone, if in the event that my laptop is left.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is good that Convene also can have software such as Microsoft Teams, which users can use both applications in one time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Less time required to prepare documents for meetings.
