The amount of effort you need to put in to get the best out of the product.

Make you sure follow their blueprints and workflow. If you can accommodate the software, you'll get best use out of it.

It has some unique features which are not available in the competition. Such as, queuing the queries, remote connect, backstage, app push, etc.

What differentiates ConnectWise PSA from other similar products?

I haven't used ticketing systems much in the past but I like all the abilities it offers me and i learn something new about it every so often that i didn't know you could do.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The calendar and being able to organize your tickets to be worked on at a certain a time and for a certain time frame.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It can be confusing sometimes to new users

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

That it is a one stop shop to keep your workers organized, submit expenses, and have all our clients data in one place
