What differentiates ConnectWise PSA from other similar products?
In addition to having a high standard of administration, ConnectWise Manage's flexibility in configuring its functions is exceptional. The tool has been great for managing numerous projects at once and for setting up appointments. ConnectWise Manage. When it comes to reporting, analytics, workflow management, and even project planning, this solution is top-notch.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Work flawlessly in the cloud and generate high-quality, actionable reports on your projects' progress and status. ConnectWise Handle is a dependable and helpful solution that possesses simple features and straightforward navigation. It makes it simple to manage all of the project papers and statistics. The program has amazing potential for collaborative cooperation on projects.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some users may find it difficult to compile reports on many projects. Provide ongoing support for the system to a select group of local businesses. It is not easy to configure the interface for new users.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
When a lead comes in, Connectwise takes care of it from the very beginning of the sales process all the way through to after-sales service. The majority of its features are self-explanatory, and the integrated links to relevant academic resources are invaluable for figuring out any part that remains a mystery.

What differentiates ConnectWise PSA from other similar products?
The integration with an actual SOC team, which some times can talk and coordinate with Continuum SOC team for server or BDR tasks
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
ConnectWise is a perfect tool to get together collaboration and coordination, which helps users to have a smooth-running project, from the begging to the end. I also appreciate that the tool can be connected with others systems, making our life even better on the daily basis.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of the configuration items are not easily configurable but support is available to assist.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go for it, overall security for our customers has greatly increased and given them and us a sense of relief that their security is where it needs to be to remain secure in this day and age of attacks.

Connectwise Manage: essential for MSPs

What differentiates ConnectWise PSA from other similar products?
ConnectwWise is used by all departments, including customer service, sales, human resources, and accounting. This allows us to streamline processes across all divisions and provide our staff with complete transparency into account functioning. For me, being able to arrange data in a way that best suits my needs has been crucial in adapting to and being productive inside the new system. It is unlike anything else I have tried, and for that reason I highly endorse it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
In my opinion, ConnectWise is a major improvement over previous systems. Having complete insight into account activity and the opportunity to see various departments working together towards a common objective has been a game-changer for our company. With just a few minor adjustments, this might become an invaluable tool for sales managers to monitor hot leads and active prospects.
What do you dislike most about this product?
To give you an example, the computer software I use, ConnectWise Automate, requires a client to be installed on it. You can only buy customers in bulk. You're on the hook for their payment regardless of how many you end up using. Without enough clients, it's useless on those PCs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Whether entered manually or imported from Outlook, you can maintain tabs on every ticket submitted for assistance. The best part is that all of this data is available to you from any location with an Internet connection. It works well with the rest of the Connectwise suite, as with all of their products.
