What differentiates ConnectWise PSA from other similar products?
ConnectWise it is very easy to navigate and use. This is the biggest difference.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ticket system was just perfect. It makes it very easy to allocate tickets to technicians.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish it was more developed in the accounting industry.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are in the IT field, this is the software to go. Don’t waste your money and your time with other softwares.
