Complex, dated, terrible service, disappointing

What differentiates ConnectWise PSA from other similar products?
Connectwise manage is built for MSPs with a heavy focus on billing time and products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favourite aspect is the new client portal which is modern, customisable and easy to configure. It also allows SSO integration with Microsoft and Google so clients can easily sign in
What do you dislike most about this product?
The customer support is extremely poor. Account managers constantly change, the account management structure is confusing with multiple different contacts, technical support team are not knowledgeable. Initial deployment support was group based, we were left to fend for ourselves after deployment and set up to fail.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you decide to use Connectwise, ensure you invest heavily in professional services to get it set up correctly and efficiently or it will cost you more in the long run.

What differentiates ConnectWise PSA from other similar products?
The software is incredible and has proven to be an excellent ally for the operation and control of the activities; the workflow has been very influential in having good productivity. The support is extraordinary to achieve confidence in the self-management processes of the software.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Since its launch, it is the most important because colleagues feel more comfortable with it and can evaluate projects more efficiently and concisely. There are many aspects to the program, and we like it because it can make us brilliant partners who can help create very fluid and exciting support in the industry. ConnectWise Manage can help you improve the efficiency of your work.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The reporting is not user friendly, even basic reports require a lot of scripting.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The use of ConnectWise Manage in my organization has been consistent of an optimal management of our data and the organized management of our systems and production processes, it is an incredible tool that has allowed us to centralize all the information of our business in the same environment. It has a very attractive interface, it integrates with third party tools without any complications and its customer service and support is first class.
