What differentiates ConnectWise PSA from other similar products?

It keeps things well organized if you use it right. You can really go all out and make it your own. Whereas others have limitations, ConnectWise is the king of ticketing systems. I love working in it on a daily basis.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The workflows you can use to automate processes are easy to do and save a ton of time!

What do you dislike most about this product?

I need dark mode! I have to use a browser extension for it but man do I wish it had dark mode by default.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ConnectWise is a bit pricey but if you're more than a few people or if you plan to grow you should for sure use ConnectWise, you'll be happy you did.

Sometimes the stocking system can be difficult to get around. Mobile app also can be faffy

Give it a go, would recommend upgrading the app though

What differentiates ConnectWise PSA from other similar products?

The care that the ConnectWise Manage team has for its users are unmatched with any other companies in similar verticals that I've worked with before. They constantly have a service team ready for any help or issues that you might have and their proactive approach ensures that you'll always be taken care of, as opposed to reactive or ignored help when you need it best.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The functionality of the system can allow for collaboration between yourself and your team in a way that saves time and efficiency on multiple levels. You can assign to teammates and allow for needs and processes to be interactive with your own calendar and email needs. Nothing will be missed in this system.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The hardest part of this product is the inability to adapt. It hasn't changed or been altered much recently and while it still achieves what I'm looking for, so adaption and new features would be great.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend taking advantage of the service and support staff that is offered prior to and during use. Their team is professional and it's better to get ahead of understanding the system than having to be reactive to the system.
