Ease of use and ability to keep tabs on our products.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Again it would be ease of use, perfect for creating and dealing with tickets in an IT setting and marries up with Outlook nicely.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Could potentially integrate with more TP apps.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Would advise any small to medium IT firm to use this product.

Great product, use this daily for our customers

What differentiates ConnectWise PSA from other similar products?
The functionality that ConnectWise Manage provides. There are more impeded features than other products
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The project board is used daily to manage solutions we implement for customers
What do you dislike most about this product?
The billing process through this product is quite complicated and not straight forward. There is also no train provided from the vendor only KB articles.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This product is highlight beneficial for support purposes and white label solutions. It is worth having a sandbox environment also to test procedures before implementing.
