It provides a shitload of capabilities to support system monitoring and upkeep. It's never been simpler to keep them informed, and it's really practical to be inclined to distance in and help folks anywhere they are. We really like the ticketing part of it. Additionally, connection-wise has experienced two outages in the previous few months, resulting in extended periods of downtime during which we were unable to assist clients, and connect-wise automation malfunctioned, preventing us from conducting remote sessions.

The capabilities that Connectwise Automate gives are absolutely great. It is really good to be able to instantly patch hosts and endpoint equipment. The program's disclosure and data volume are absurdly large. I've been fortunate to showcase a majority of this data using PowerBI to demonstrate to our customers exactly how far we understand.

The package has features for remote PC administration and automated patching. It has displays built-in that give updates on the PCs. Automation makes it simple to administer computers in several settings at once as a maintained service vendor. To prevent the Computer from slipping to rest if users are connected, there is even a wake lock function.

I enjoy the built-in programs in automation and the option to create commands to assist with recurring device upkeep. Routine maintenance can be and has been sped up by doing this. Can control, script, set up alerts, and do updates, patches, installations, and blocking all from a single location.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The RMM framework is very crucial, therefore users need a firm that is working to expand the business by providing excellent platform improvements and solutions that one can then provide to current and potential customers. Connectwise has only wanted to take as much money as possible from us and has no interest in doing business with us.

The strength of this technology is its finest feature. You get authority and "WSUS" as elements of the bundle when we buy this package. The initiative is a superb robotic and remote access solution since it gathers data from each machine, has reported, offers some integration, and has all these features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Users may find it difficult to generate reports for several projects. Repairs to the system for a select group of local businesses. Adjusting the settings for new users is a complex process.
