What differentiates ConnectWise Automate from other similar products?
Integration with other useful ConnectWise applications for MSPs, such as ConnectWise Manage and ConnectWise Control and BrightGauge. It's useful to have them integrated and can speed up the support experience.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The large amount of information you can glean and how effectively you can run automations.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Very large footprint using the client/server software, web-based version is a bit less functional than the client/server version.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Keep developing and make it run a bit faster.

Using CW, this is the RMM for you, integrates well

What differentiates ConnectWise Automate from other similar products?
Integrations and market share make this product ahead of a lot of others in the field. There are other features that some RMMs have that Automate doesn't but the opposite is true as well. Tons of customizability, plenty of community help in forums etc.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Patch management, it wasn't bad before, now the new UI makes it even better.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes customization can lead you down long rabbit holes, once you understand it. It is a big learning curve to do customization.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are in the CW universe there really isn't a better option. Plus you get CW Control, which is the best remote control tool out there period.
