What differentiates ConnectWise Automate from other similar products?
The overall cost is the main reason. Support Technical documentation
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
There are many, many features in Connectwise Automate that will help you help your customers with their computer needs. Search - tracking down computers when you have many by name, logged-in user, IP
What do you dislike most about this product?
What I like the most about this software is that I can remotely login and help my employees with any issues they are having on their computer from anywhere Support is very slow to respond
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
ConnectWise Automate is well suited for a large-scale environment with multiple clients. A Managed Service Provider would benefit greatly from software like this. Connectwise Automate is a critical part of my business that I use. I could not work without it and I really enjoy working with this tool!
