Great expense management solution

What differentiates Concur Expense from other similar products?

We previously implemented IBM's GERS, the cost was over the top compared to Concur. Concur is easy to use and orienting staff on the product capabilities has a shorter learning curve. The features are easy to customize compared to other alternatives tried

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that I can do my expense management on the go, approval flow is clean and easy to understand, uploading receipts is not complicated and expense types and categorization makes it the more easier to use

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like the way reviewers are ordered, I would rather have the finance department review and the manager approves what has been reviewed already. The practice saves time on back and forth policy and authenticity checks.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a great product worth trying out for paperless environment

What differentiates Concur Expense from other similar products?

Concur Expense is reliable and fits well in all organizations including even the small and mid-sized ones helping them manage their bills efficiently.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The platform is affordable and this ensures that we use it reliably without straining our resources and finances. Its efficient and it helps us manage our expenses and bills on time helping us clear them on time and ensure that we pay genuine expenses only. Concur Expense has formed a crucial tool in financial planning and decision making enabling us plan better for our future.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes when the internet connection is poor using the platform reliably becomes a bit of a problem.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Concur Expense is efficient and helps us manage our finances and expenses adequately thus achieve financial growth and inclusivity.
