I haven't worked with other platforms recently so I'm not sure.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ability to tailor it to users in different locales.

What do you dislike most about this product?

End user interface is not intuitive and requires training.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ensure you have a full training program in place before converting.

What differentiates Concur Expense from other similar products?

When handling data of this type it is important to have a reliable tool, so what I like most about Concur is that it is certified and audited for compliance. Concur Expense also has a calculator to measure ROI, giving you customized ROI reports.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Managing expenses is easier with Concur, the various automated processes streamline reporting and receipt activities, while complying with the expense policy. Analysis tools and dashboard simplify action and decision making. It is easy to access and understand the system. Working on an expense report has been easier for me because I can make changes before submitting it and work on it in real time with a superior, and get approval faster.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is one thing that I find annoying, and that is that when I click on a notification link (which comes to me via email), it does not take me to the specific expense report.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The service is good, in terms of expense management and related activities it is one of the best. As a web service it fails sometimes, (it has happened to me very few times, but it has happened) but don't worry, just try again in a few minutes.

What differentiates Concur Expense from other similar products?

Concur Expense is stable and fits reliably in all organizations including even the mid-sized ones thus allowing them to manage their expenses reliably.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Concur Expense is accurate and has helped us manage our expenses and enable us meet them on time thereby maintain our financial integrity. Has helped us solve the business problem of incurring illegitimate bills and some that are inflated helping us save money and resources. Customer support is available and it helps in expediting the perfect usage of the platform at all times.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some of our less tech-savvy users had a steep learning curve but with time that was solved by training and experience.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Concur Expense is reliable and it will enable accurate management of all organizational expenses and thus assure their timely payment.
