What differentiates Concur Expense from other similar products?

Used to track our company expenses in real-time and we also upload receipts, invoices, and bills easily. It allows us to take a picture of our receipts and it automatically adds values to a sheet

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The interface is simple and user-friendly, and we easily access all the features. Offers a complete report in which we view all our expenses along with purpose, date, photos, etc.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Offer greatly customizable invoices to help create professional-looking invoices in minutes, and customize them to match our branding

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Businesses of all sizes can use this software to track their income and expenses, create invoices and estimates, and manage their bank and credit card accounts

Concur is able to wholly own the expense reporting process, and that makes it a wonderful experience to use

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being able to track expenses every step of the way

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish Concur allowed us to format expense allocations easier than the current setup

Concur is a great system that allows us to manage the entire expense reporting process!

What differentiates Concur Expense from other similar products?

By automating much of the drudgery of claiming and approving expenses, Concur Expense reduced paper, frees up time and cut costs. Concur Expense does a very good job of making the lives of people spending company money easier

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Adding an expense is easy by using the software's associated mobile app. Receipt capture is fast and largely accurate and we can also email receipts

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like more customizable aspects of Concur Expense such as receiving timely email notifications for when an expense report is submitted, when its status changes, and when a new company credit card transaction is detected

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Concur Expense is very good at keeping users up to speed with the status of company spending. The software deftly takes you through the basics of creating an expense claim, creating expenses from card charges, and submitting or approving claims, among other key features
