What differentiates Concur Expense from other similar products?

Concur is an all in one travel and expense product and is used by our employees for expense, travel, and purchase reimbursement as well as travel accommodations. Additionally, we use the PCard syncing feature. The ability to use Concur on your phone, track travel with GPS, and on various other devices makes everything a much smoother process.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Concur is the ability to take a picture of your receipt to submit for reimbursement. No more filling out long spreadsheets and forms. I also like the GPS travel reimbursement feature.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Concur was a little bit hard to learn how to use as an approver, but with training we were able to figure it out.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Concur will help anyone managing expenses and reimbursements. It will aid in becoming much more organized and creates a streamlined process.

What differentiates Concur Expense from other similar products?

Concur is far ahead of the competition in expense management. It has a great mobile app. It leverages Artificial intelligence, machine learning and optical character recognition. It makes life of employees easy to claim expenses at the same time, it saves money for the organization and ensures compliance of the expense policy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The product can be integrated with any ERP. The tool supports Projects based organizations apart from others. The tool recommends cheaper options of flights and hotels. It prompts employees to choose cheaper options where possible. Robust reporting is available in this tool.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The tools pricing is on the higher side. Concur must make every effort to bring down the pricing to the possible extent.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A great product. The product is improving continuously and far ahead of the competition. The approvals of expenses are simple and easy and they work well. I strongly recommend this product.

Great expense management solution

What differentiates Concur Expense from other similar products?

We previously implemented IBM's GERS, the cost was over the top compared to Concur. Concur is easy to use and orienting staff on the product capabilities has a shorter learning curve. The features are easy to customize compared to other alternatives tried

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that I can do my expense management on the go, approval flow is clean and easy to understand, uploading receipts is not complicated and expense types and categorization makes it the more easier to use

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like the way reviewers are ordered, I would rather have the finance department review and the manager approves what has been reviewed already. The practice saves time on back and forth policy and authenticity checks.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a great product worth trying out for paperless environment
