What differentiates Concur Expense from other similar products?

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

- Mobile app allows easy snap of the receipt - Automated flow of credit card receipts - Integrations for common receipts like Uber makes it seamless

What do you dislike most about this product?

- Itemisation are very confusing - Can be slow on the web - Confusing of raising travel request and related cash advance and invoice. UX can be intuitive

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

- Recommend this product to simplify reimbursement workflows (moved from hard copy to this solution)

What differentiates Concur Expense from other similar products?

If the payment is made, this function may be used to calculate the route. Because it can be used with a tablet or smartphone, it allows sales personnel to process the end of the month more efficiently, which saves time and may be used. There is no need to create a separate routing application when processing freight expenses. At the beginning of the month, the sales team did a lot of outbound and would return to the business to settle debts, which was inefficient. This application is really helpful in fixing the problem.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

When utilized in combination with the corporate credit card supplied to each employee, all expenditures may be covered with this product alone, eliminating the need for individual refunds. Personally, I am engaged in both the settlement and approval procedures, but even for subordinate requests, stamping the spending voucher and submitting it to accounting is no longer needed, therefore I am now in-house. It is quite useful even in job-centric occupations because you no longer need to go to work to stamp.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I've been using it for about one year and have become used to it, but I can't do it at a glance. I was constantly baffled until I became familiar with this program.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We recommend that you install it with your corporate credit card if you have any troubles with the stamp company in terms of spending settling. It depends on the company's regulations, but employees must first grasp the rules in order to avoid misunderstandings and speed up the scanning and submission of receipts. Carriage costs are simple to resolve. Simplify the reimbursement method from the point of function payments to the discharge of difficulties carried out. From manual to electronic monthly settlement, the reimbursement of daily transportation costs was reduced from four days to one day after posting.
