Good integrations - very established product

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The integration capabilities

What do you dislike most about this product?

SO SLOW to advance and develop new capabilities - the platform is just really behind the times. It's also not a very user friendly platform; after polling my employees last week, less than 10% of users felt they have had a net positive experience with the tool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Research your options - you can get much more for lower costs elsewhere

Easily manageable and user-friendly interface, clear sections and intuitive in expense tracking

Very effective in expense reporting

Sometimes it's hard to load the images and also certain situations the images are not oriented correctly
