Usability. Ease of integration. Ease of extension. Curated marketplace of extensions.

Ease of extension.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing significant to dislike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do a user blind test of concrete5 and your other candidates. Set them a few simple tasks with no coaching and no prior experience such as registering an account, adding a page, adding some text and pictures to the page.

What differentiates Concrete CMS from other similar products?

Elegant coding structure and modularity - very easy for developers to extend and create their own packages. Simple, effective theme structure for creating custom designs. Highly SEO friendly out of the box. Works perfectly well without needing lots of different plugins.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Powerful publishing features combined with easy-to-build complex page layouts.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack of support for high-end website back-ends (such as Amazon AWS EC2 and Litespeed)

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take the time to get familiar with the editing tools, as it's very powerful once you've learned the system from the inside out.
