What differentiates Concrete CMS from other similar products?

Peer-reviewed marketplace may make it seem like there are fewer options than others, but they bring security and trust that they will work. Many add-ons are designed to be easily customizable without a heavy development hand.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My clients love how easy it is to use. Training is often done in minutes, not hours or days.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Support on some add-ons and themes is lacking. Overall complexity has been increasing for some time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is such a powerful platform - it can be used for simple sites all the way to custom applications. Pricing is fantastic (free for the CMS itself, reasonable for themes and add-ons), and ease of use for end-users is beyond compare. My most non-technical clients are able to catch on easily and make edits.
