Cost-Effectiveness: Consider the overall cost of implementing and maintaining Commvault eDiscovery & Compliance, including licensing fees, implementation costs, and ongoing support. Customer Support and Training: Assess the level of customer support.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of this product is the scalability of the solution to handle varying volumes of data and the ability to scale as your organization's needs grow. Advanced Analytics we can evaluate whether the platform incorporates advanced analytics and machine learning capabilities to enhance document review efficiency, reduce costs, and improve accuracy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Enormous learning curve. Complicated configuration. Does not do well restoring large file systems, it will fail at this task. Its purely for disaster recovery instead. Some features are better using the web UI some using the console. However, Local onsite engineer support can be better
