What differentiates commercetools from other similar products?
Commercetools help us to enhance and liberate our platform with the fronted that is decoupled and connected to the backend. It is easy and for the beginners and new business owners which want to start their own online store this is the best platform for them. They have powerful and enhanced customization capacity which comes at reasonable prices.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Commercetools have full control over their software which is of vital importance for the users as it helps to solve the security issues and our documentation and files are protected. They contain all the necessary features and functions needed by us to run successful e commerce business and day by day their features are improving and new capabilities are being introduced.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Commercetools have pricing limitations for some users and clients with respect to the SDKs. They do not provide lot of pricing options to the customers to make it user friendly. They have central product master that does not provide product activation.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Commerce Tools is best recommended because they deliver technology to their clients which help them to build amazing frontend experiences. They have good and reliable documentation which is simple and easy to use for even the beginners.

What differentiates commercetools from other similar products?
This platform has no office or institute rather it allows its users’ to just buy the API tokens to use the service. New features are being introduced in this platform day by day. Addition of latest features frequently keeps the customer intrigued towards the platform. The documentation of this platform is user-friendly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This interface of this platform is user-friendly and easy to understand. It needs no training for using this platform. It can benefit both small and mid-sized companies.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This platform does not allow customers to use it on a free trial version which makes them familiar with the features and options. It is a disadvantage as compared to other platforms. It contains the limits for prices. In this way, Commercetools faces difficulties in showing the other organizations tools. It does not contain a mobile application.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This platform offers a functionality which is called point of sale through cloud deployment. According to this feature, a user can pay by using the internet without the need to use a desktop computer. This provides ease to the customers. This removes the barrier of going to the bank or financial institution for payment purpose.
