What differentiates Cody AI from other similar products?
I love the easy concept of setting up your knowledge base and then assigning it to the Chatbots and then controlling each chatbot separately.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability for it to understand context beyond a single document
What do you dislike most about this product?
The hallucinations are out of control. The prompts have little impact o how the model works. After the first query, your data has very little impact on what is returned and your seemingly data-specific model has become globally generic. Oh and the support is oddly sporadic. Ask an easy question, answers arrive quickly. Ask something real and it's crickets.
