Cloudingo is a fully customizable, easy-to-use platform that makes the pain of cleaning and managing Salesforce data a thing of the past. Cloudingo finds duplicates using user-defined filters. Start with prebuilt filters then create more with the drag-and-drop user interface.

What differentiates Cloudingo from other similar products?

Cloudingo is straightforward to use, understand, and get installed. We’ve got been able to clean several Salesforce systems with the data and options that Cloudigno provides. The tool does a lot more than simply managing duplicates. The flexibility to match and transfer files is a major perk of the tool in addition to the ability to transfer all fields on any object, not just standard objects opens up new cleanup possibilities. At the bottom product level you’re also able to automatise and mass merge duplicates that saves and inorbanate quantity of time and is well worth the slight cost increase from their smallest base level product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The way it visually portrayed the information from Salesforce. It showed duplicates in a fast side by side fashion so you’ll simply verify what you wished to do. I also liked the flexibleness of the filters that you produce to search out duplicates. Client support is outstanding! Customer success team is both proactive and willing to serve in any manner they can.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Typically we’ll run into limitations like no notifications when the tool has known new duplicates or other red flags within the system like bad addresses. We’d like to watch Cloudingo often in order to stay it a successful and worth while tool. Sadly the tool doesn’t give the flexibility to undo the merges if one thing accidentely occured.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Tho’ expensive, Cloudingo could be a tool that meets and exceeds each expectation. I like to recommend you set it up and dive in as aggressively as possible to induce your information clean and prepared to go. Don’t limit yourself to only the duplicate tool. There’s additionally a data import tool that comes with it and the field management tool that enables you to check the usage of all fields on an object and remove any that you simply don’t use.

What differentiates Cloudingo from other similar products?

Cloudingo is the best, reliable and perfect data clean up solution. It's very easy to install, set up, use and understand. I like the ability to match and upload files which is a major perk of the application as well as the ability to download all fields on any object not just standard objects open up new cleanup possibilities.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Cloudingo has a very reasonable price which makes it affordable. I like the flexibility of the filters that you create to find duplicates. Additionally, Cloudingo has a very intuitive and user-friendly interface which makes it simple and easy to learn, adopt and use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Cloudingo does exactly what you want it to do. I dislike nothing about it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Cloudingo is a brilliant and reliable application with great technical support. I recommend it.
