What differentiates Cloudingo from other similar products?

Cloudingo is a solid and exceptional software to clean up duplicate data in Salesforce. I like the ability to set up filters in order to find duplicate accounts and once you merge the accounts, the change is reflected almost immediately on Salesforce. It's easy and very intuitive tool for data cleansing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the fact that Cloudingo is intuitive and very simple to learn and use. It makes it about as easy as possible to stay on top of duplicate data in Salesforce and automate as much of the cleanup as possible. It's a great and recommendable solution for importing mass leads.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It may take longer than expected to get used to it but once you learn it, it becomes the easiest.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend Cloudingo. I have full confidence in it.

What differentiates Cloudingo from other similar products?

Ability to use fuzzy logic to search out dupes or actual logic to quickly get the obvious ones. Very intuitive and not too much coaching is needed to learn the way to use it. Information is incredibly vital and correct data is even more so. Cleaning your database is my recommendation to confirm the best use everyone’sone time and efforts. No alternative tool does it better.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This is very easy to use and administer. If you have an outsized amount of information in SFDC and wish to de-dupe AND merge without wasting hours, let Cloudingo run within the background finding duplicates on any field you would like ,and then tell it which records to merge and which fields to keep from each of the records. This tool is extraordinary and saves tons of time. Howeve,r it’s conjointly accurate. Can’t say enough regarding it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Till you know the process of making filters, the process to truly dedupe will typically be a little bit heavy-handed and complex. The UX isn’t continually fully logical – though they did simply push an updated user experience, the home page is untidy with several ‘boxes’ that are your filter options.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I like how thorough the filters are that allow us to eliminate each existing account and leads inside our salesforce account. Except for the amazing ‘quotes’ and ‘mantras’ that flash in the UX while waiting for the duplication. I like to recommend this software.

What differentiates Cloudingo from other similar products?

It permits you to dedupe quite three accounts at a time, and is way higher than Salesforce’ own deduping tool. We’ve set Cloudingo to periodically run regular merges to take care of low-hanging fruit (obvious duplicates) – and it’ saved us a lot of time and much of headaches. Nice for deduping records in salesforce and importing mass leads.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Generally is very little difficult to set up additional advanced duplicate rules, though support is quite willing to jump in and facilitate any problems you have.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you would like to clean up your database, or simply find out what it’s made up of, Cloudingo works very well in eradicating those errors.
