What differentiates ClientSuccess from other similar products?
I prefer that you will set up cycles for various forms of projects and onboarding. I like that you can integrate your emails so that you’ve got the communication threads within the client’s dashboard. It makes it very easy to stay up with communication.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Client Success helps me keep my purchasers in order, and reminds me of what I want to do, what I talked to them and when, it's additionally very useful to possess the emails logged, which means I don’t need to return to my Gmail and search for the last conversation. It additionally helps my managers to stay track of my work and the clients. I prefer that it can integrate with Zendesk, Gmail, and with app surveys to see their general pulse.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The reminder options don’t work. If you set a reminder, ClientSuccess sends you the notification the day when your reminder was due. It’s not useful when it causes you to miss deadlines. I reached out to the support team on many occasions about this feature not working. The support team rarely responds; if they do, it’s a week or so later, and they offer extremely generic responses like “we’re working on it, will have it fixed soon”.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We had been looking for a long time for a tool that might effectively capture varied details regarding our customers, contracts, outreach, and projects. ClientSuccess has met probably 90% of our desires for this tool. Its simple use is probably the highest marketing point, and we additionally appreciate how they continue to grow and evolve, taking feedback on the way to create the merchandise that their purchasers would like it to be.
