What do you dislike most about this product?

It is easy to use because the program is not based on coding but on existing standards and reusable templates. It also supports all communication methods and protocols. However in some circumstances, Cleo still requires a premise infrastructure to be employed for the greatest overall platform performance.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is less control than when utilizing independent and local CLEO apps. There are always trade-offs, but when CIC is so much superior, I don't see this as a major disadvantage. The amount of customizing you can make in the CLEO panels is limited. Clarify and Harmony (VL Trader) data is written to distinct databases, preventing the panels from producing the most accurate SLAs. This is not a problem with the Cleo Hosted Cleo Integration Cloud. Cleo Cockpit is a dashboard display that has a new type of data acknowledgement and delivers maximum visibility on one screen.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We are now using their use cases to evaluate the effectiveness of our existing business systems as well as to track the performance of our couriers and workers. I particularly enjoy the proxy server in the DMZ, which permits safe incoming and outgoing transactions to my server behind the firewall. Documentation appears to be simple for certain functions but challenging for others. While customer service is good, it might take some time to react.
