What differentiates Cleo Integration Cloud from other similar products?
Current use cases include measuring our delivery performance, the amount of back-end queries handled by our engineers, and the proportion of closed questions with positive comments from our customer care team. However, once we have the necessary skill set, we intend to expand this to automated report authoring and customer satisfaction. We don't have to spend hours debugging because Cleo handles the few difficulties that arise. Instead of correcting faults, our technical staff can focus on other initiatives and growing our business.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We are now using their use cases to evaluate the effectiveness of our existing business systems as well as to track the performance of our couriers and workers. It enables us to give useful insights into cloud data in order to increase the number of successful deliveries and on-time delivery rates. Customer service is excellent. The user interface is straightforward and appealing. Overall, we gain some useful trading information by employing this. We have more methods to interact than ever before, and customer service is always quick and thorough, eager to work not only with us but also with our partners.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The beginning was challenging, but we began the program shortly after its installation, so it was a learning experience for everyone. We love being able to enroll one or two clients at a time rather than making a large shift all at once. We now have no issues except that Cleo is expanding so quickly that our sales people are being promoted and new ones are being hired. We are still learning about the customisation of automated procedures that can assist us in creating work reports without the usage of an operator.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is one of the cloud services that, when utilized appropriately, may be beneficial. Our data is secure and extremely useful to the data analysis team. We have saved time and money by using Cleo since it has helped us to keep up to date and connected in today's volatile world and has allowed us to expand in ways we could not have envisioned two years ago.

What differentiates Cleo Integration Cloud from other similar products?
I'm utilizing it to connect my firm with our clients/suppliers. We can automate and give a quick and up-to-date solution on our deliveries by integrating EDI. We are currently moving toward cross-dock integration, which will allow us to connect our Asian facilities with our Canadian headquarters. This procedure will improve our delivery speed, lower the error gap, and improve the overall quality of our process. The CIC platform's number one issue has been the grouping of our loads and associated documents, as well as the ability to search for documents in a timely way.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's simple to use, with an intuitive design, but if you need a more sophisticated task, the program can handle it. We've been using the system for two years and are always learning new ways to grow our business with the help of this program. Cleo provides excellent client service; EDI will always have problems, but the support team that works with us goes above and beyond. The CIC platform is quick and responsive, making it ideal for document tracking.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not that I dislike it, but the SVN integration might be much better. In general, it works extremely well, however the options are concealed and must be dug for. There have been some challenges with the scalability of our work demands and the platform we are presently using, but Cleo has been very responsive to our needs and responds quickly to our issues. While data disruptions are an issue, they do their best to keep the system working.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To correctly plan your reach, consider the volume of data you'll need to process during peak hours. The system is good and reliable, the support is quick and of high quality, the pricing is reasonable, and the workers are excellent; highly recommended.

What differentiates Cleo Integration Cloud from other similar products?
We used the Cleo Integration cloud to address several business difficulties, such as application integrations and evaluating multiple business perspectives at a glance on one platform. I have been exposed to strong services that have resulted in the long-term development of our firm. There is a maintenance expense, but with a good customer service team, failures are rare. Workflow management and automation of most task management technologies have enabled us to meet our productivity targets.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is simple to combine numerous apps and quickly create a well-accelerated and automated business process. The platform's user interface is also quite user-friendly, and we can acquire extensive trading information at a look. It has also significantly improved the efficiency of our corporate resources. It boosts the performance of all of our apps across the enterprise. All of the features in the application have been set up to govern the data and offer important information on how our programs work. Since we installed this software, we've seen increased efficiency throughout our organization, and data analysis is now more efficient.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The initial setup and application integration procedure is difficult and necessitates professional-level expertise. However, Cleo efficient support team has taken care of the issue.
