Easy integration if you have the knowledge on how to use it. Adaptability.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Training is definitely required as it is not intuitive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It will allow you to grow and scale but invest on training and a mentor that guides so through it.

What differentiates Cleo Integration Cloud from other similar products?

Cleo Integration Cloud works continuously without failures, maintains an increase in revenue, the customer service is attentive and I think these qualities are not very common in other products. the intragrations (EDI, API), can be found in other similar alternatives, but in Cleo Integration Cloud the much better and much more robust.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

All products have special qualities that can be promising, but the characteristics of Cleo Integration Cloud are only oriented to economic results, I consider that the best is the friendly and technical attention in customer service, no matter what the problem is. they are always ready to help and explain in detail.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Usability may be the only problem in Cleo Integration Cloud, you must have an experience of at least one month to use it normally.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Cleo Integration Cloud has the best cloud-based features and has robust integrations, it is also the one with the best customer service of all time.
