What differentiates Clarity Wave from other similar products?

It's cheaper.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Email reminders to fill out surveys. Some of the pre-loaded questions are interesting and tap into issues I haven't previously thought about.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Unfriendly UX/UI, clunky interface, no continuous development (haven't seen improvements over the last 2 years). No enough meaningful ways to interact with the software as a user. I can do a lot inside the software but it feels like features are introduced for the sake of having features rather than integrate well with each other to affect company culture in the end.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If there is somebody to heavily administer it and onboard employees and be hands on, then maybe this can work. It's not a product team can use out of the bag.

Pros

  • Trustworthy
  • Efficient Service
  • Effective Service
  • Caring

Cons

  • Slower Product Innovation
  • Commodity Features
  • Inhibits Innovation
