What differentiates Splunk IT Service Intelligence from other similar products?
We are using Splunk ITSI to prevent hardware resource issues and help our staff troubleshoot issues should they arise.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Splunk ITSI is an advanced AIOps platform, event manager, and robust infrastructure monitoring tool. For tracking, we use Splunk and make use of the free content packs that are offered out of the box. Detailed, real-time data on service availability and display was made available to the company.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The fallowing are some drawbacks: When is the next patch and maintenance window? Access control for role-based or multi-tenant ITSI
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If your environment has 100 devices or more, or if you work in a field where monitoring critical devices is essential, ITSI is the way to go. Key performance indicators and the ability to configure alerts should be customizable.
