What differentiates Cisco SD-WAN from other similar products?

It's the only one I have ever used, so I'm not sure what differentiates it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is user friendly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When I do have issues, I have to go through a different department at the company to get a resolution, which can take some time.
