Cisco Meraki is an incredible WLAN product.

What differentiates Cisco Meraki from other similar products?
The installation of Cisco Meraki is straightforward. Each device is ready to use within minutes of signing into the Meraki website. The same product controls On-premises and remote hardware, but we make rapid changes that set us apart from the competition. Through a single portal/website, it is simple to manage wireless switches/access points for multiple locations. With our "template," it is also simple to expand to new locations. When it connects to the network, it downloads the configuration. It keeps track of our devices and sends replacements quickly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Cisco Meraki is the central hub that allows us to manage our devices through a web-based interface. We use it to protect our network and provide access to Wi-Fi. It is the best product because of its simplicity in deployment and monitoring. A feature that allows it to control the network remotely. Meraki is the firewall and VPN for our internal network. It is effortless to use and configure. It's easy to integrate and secure.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Meraki TAC must improve its customer service because it cannot troubleshoot specific issues. It's difficult for the client to figure out what's wrong because debug commands aren't accessible. Meraki does not allow us to download and restore a specific device's settings.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Meraki is an excellent solution for businesses with multiple locations. Its layout is user-friendly, and the product itself is exceptionally long-lasting in terms of quality. Simple to use, it's a good choice for business clients.
Pros
- Reliable
- Efficient Service
- Saves Time
- Helps Innovate
Cons
- Vendor Friendly Policies

Cisco SD-WAN powered by Meraki

What differentiates Cisco Meraki from other similar products?
All of the complicated configuration settings are handled behind the scenes. Secondly, configuration and tweaking of the SD-WAN has been extremely easy as well. I can take the simple approach of letting the appliance decide which WAN connection to use to route traffic, or, if I want to, I can get more specific and specify certain hosts, ports, or applications to route over specific WAN links. Lastly, the SD-WAN just works
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Any time we've had a circuit outage, it's always been due to an upstream issue with the carrier's equipment or network - never with the Meraki platform.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Submitting tickets through the portal tends to work better, but oftentimes it takes just as long to get through basic troubleshooting steps before someone really digs into your issue. As mentioned earlier, the web UI can sometimes be a little too light on detail. We have zero visibility into the health of the hardware itself (CPU/memory), and you can't even get this from SNMP queries of the device, either

Pros
- Unique Features
- Client's Interest First
