Simple to use and works almost hands-free.

What differentiates Cisco Meraki from other similar products?
It's completely integrated with all of our network devices and makes network administration easier than ever.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Being able to see the status of all of our devices around the organization in one place. Then, the ability to manage all of those devices simply.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It sacrifices some customization and the hands-on work of network administration for the sake of ease-of-use (not a con for a lot of people, however).
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you don't have the capacity for an entire network team or even a network admin, the Meraki products and service are the way to go. It runs itself and, when you do need to intervene, it doesn't take a professional network engineer to work on the issue.
Pros
- Helps Innovate
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
- Enables Productivity
