What differentiates Cisco Jabber from other similar products?

We use the program in the company for all communication between employees and employees - customers. Among all the options we saw, this was definitely the best, as it is a very intuitive software, with useful tools such as screen sharing and live chats during video calls.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Allows you to record calls and video calls, individual and group, to have a backup and thus not lose important details of the meeting. It also has messaging and chat, which allows us not only to communicate but also to send and receive attachments. The program has a mobile application, which is perfect for taking calls, chats and videos outside the office.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I can't say something I don't like about the program, if I had a complaint, it would be that sometimes it takes a while to load the existing chats and to find the files received, but I guess it's a problem of internet connection failures than problems with the program itself. It might be a bit expensive for some small businesses, but it has worked out quite well for us.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Thanks to this program communications between employees have improved considerably, we have a more fluid communication and focused on meeting the objectives. The video calls look perfect and the calls are heard without interruptions, all its functions are very useful and it is an easy to use program.

What differentiates Cisco Jabber from other similar products?

A softphone system, Cisco Jabber, has been set up for use by remote employees. It is used in every office on campus, from the Registrar's Office to the Financial Aid Office to the Helpdesk. For our purposes, the program works wonderfully. We relied primarily on Cisco Jabber to maintain our public phones operational and to facilitate interoffice communication throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. To put it simply, you must have this program. Incredibly user- and instructor-friendly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Cisco Jabber is highly adaptable software that may be used in a wide variety of settings. It's a robust platform for internal meetings and communication that can serve as the organization's principal means of contact. The tool is ideal for a business that relies heavily on internal communication. My impression is that the software is better suited for larger-scale implementations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

More thorough documentation of the rollout to the entire company is something that could use some work. Simplified UI for the benefit of those who aren't familiar with computers; nevertheless, it doesn't work with previous versions of Windows.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Adaptable to many contexts. Conversational calling and receiving. Before making contact, it is important to verify that all necessary parties are present. Accessing files from afar and sharing them with others. Communication back and forth. That is, if you use MRA instead of a VPN. Fantastic. It is flexible enough to be employed by businesses of all sizes and scopes.

Document and file sharing is enabled. Hybrid application as it is available on web and on-premises installation. High quality videos when video calling.

Collaboration through messaging and calling between users. Screen sharing is highly enabled. Instant messaging between users.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Lack of free trial version for training and learning. Cisco requires additional skills for configuration.

Cisco jabber is a great tool for collaboration between users located between different locations.
