What differentiates Cisco Jabber from other similar products?
I'm delighted we chose Cisco Jabber even though I did not. Zoom is the only other communication platform we utilise that is comparable to Cisco Jabber, and as many people are aware, the two have significant distinctions. Except for when we're speaking with people outside of our organization, Cisco Jabber allows us to do away with the majority of the requirement for Zoom.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I can make and take phone calls while in my workplace utilising my computer, my desk phone, and my office number. I can make and take phone calls using my office number while working remotely from my computer. The people I'm working with are aware of where I do my work.
What do you dislike most about this product?
More features needs to be introduced in video conferencing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Working from home has never been easier thanks to Cisco Jabber. Using the chat feature to communicate with the staff was more effective. We were able to utilise our laptops to make calls while corresponding with people outside of our company, saving us from having to use our mobile phones. Without Cisco Jabber, I'm not sure how working from home would have gone.

What differentiates Cisco Jabber from other similar products?
Cisco jabber has a user friendly interface and is very easy to set up. There are various features with the updated modes that facilitate the users and provide vast configurations for various platforms. Jabber is a great too that provides provided group chat, screen sharing , desktop sharing , screen capture , video conferencing and standard chat functionality.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that Cisco Jabber is available on all platform and that it integrates well with Avaya. I like that it can be integrated into Microsoft which makes it easy to call contacts from your Microsoft contacts. I must say that I like the status setting in Cisco Jabber, You can easily change the status to away, available or busy or there is an option to customize the status also, which makes it a very personalized experience. Overall, the application is best for connecting with people and working together in a professional way.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only issue I have with Cisco Jabber is that the features are different on each platform
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I am currently employed at a telecommunication centre and Cisco Jabber is used as a single source for all chats and communications we have with our colleagues. Cisco Jabber is simple to use and a good communication tool which allows the members of the team with effortless collaboration. Call forwarding is one of the resilient options for effective communication with your team, all your chats and calls are encrypted, making enterprises choose jabber as the communication platform without any hassles.

What differentiates Cisco Jabber from other similar products?
It's a quick and easy way to collaborate or web conference, as everyone knows how to use it in our offices. Because everyone has an account that logs in at the start of their shift, we know we will always be able to communicate, which has been helpful several times.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
End users can use the services with devices of their choice without compromising security due to unsecured devices. The implementation omits the requirement to have the device connected to the corporate network via VPN; we can onboard users faster and maintain corporate security. The deployment also provides flexibility for the user to have Cisco Jabber installed on multiple devices.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Unintuitive interface, basic paid feature, complex group management, complex screen sharing to implement. The interface is from another era. Features are a bit cluttered.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a very easy to use interface for audio and video calls, and is also used for live chatting. Cisco Jabber brought great chat and video capability to the PBX platform with little difficulty in implementing it in the environment. It is easy to set up Jabber on both a mobile device and your computer, and both seem to work equally well. The ability to send private messages is very useful, and the fact that Jabber saves conversations is also very helpful.
