What differentiates Cisco Jabber from other similar products?

It has a focus on a broad infrastructure that allows maintaining the security of information. Having Cisco Jabber means knowing that all the data and information we share will always be safe and free of any type of risk thanks to encryption. It is a flexible and widely accessible platform, allowing remote and cloud work, opening up the range of options for working and maintaining communication with the team. It integrates perfectly with other tools, and keeps within one place various really useful functions that simplify the communication process and expand the options and channels to always maintain the flow of information.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to offer unified communication in one place is one of the best things about the platform. It provides the possibility of having instant messaging, voice calls, video conferencing, screen sharing, voicemail and presence within a single application, facilitating the integration of various functions and collaboration between teams without the need to use multiple tools to get the team to work together. Each of its functions stands out for its quality, it presents a quality infrastructure, solid interface and intuitive tools, with high-quality customer support that is always attentive to any questions.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The experience using the mobile device makes it difficult to work outside the office, the location of the tools and the intuitiveness of the interface becomes too complicated, it limits remote work and complicates the task of communication. The ability to work in real time is not offered, which would be ideal to have on the platform to be able to make edits or changes and have it viewed by the entire work team. Cost is another of the features that seem to be a problem for acquiring the platform, although it is a highly functional tool to improve the collaborative and communicative system, the costs can go beyond the budget of small companies.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The instant messaging function allows for fostering more pleasant internal collaboration, taking advantage of this function would allow for better integration of the different work teams, real-time communication and structuring projects with better presentation quality. It is certainly worth experimenting and testing each of the tool's functions to ensure that the communication system is always comprehensive and correctly implemented. Cisco Jabber has everything you need to maintain a unified and efficient communication system.
