What differentiates Cisco Jabber from other similar products?

Cisco Jabber is more than just an instant business messaging. It is also great when it comes to voice messaging, desktop sharing, and conferencing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I have used Cisco Jabber and it's an amazing software more so for workplace collaboration. The software is affordable and easy to use It offers multiple collaboration features and enhances employee engagement. I like that each of its features works well and complements each other

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have particular dislikes as Cisco Jabber hasn't misbehaved

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For business workplace collaboration, Cisco Jabber never disappoints. From instant chat, voice messaging, desktop sharing, and conferencing, this software has it all and I recommend it.

Cisco Jabber - Unifying Business Communications

What differentiates Cisco Jabber from other similar products?

Cisco Jabber is one of it's kind: it enabled us at the company to connect all the departments from production to sales. Our teams members could use their preferred device for instant messaging, sending files and even video conferencing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the fact that conversations are in a continuous thread and that at any time, you can browse and review the history. This is particularly useful, for tickets resolution. Escalation to a voice call for customer support via pre-integrated collaboration tools is just perfect.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The on-site deployment for Cisco Jabber is a little expensive but I believe that this is not an issue, since we can also opt for either a cloud-based deployment or a hybrid one.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Cisco Jabber rocks. The number of documentation and training materials is really considerable. Last but not least, the customizable aspect is the cherry on the cake: enabling the Dark Mode for a better experience. I absolutely recommend.
