What differentiates Cisco Jabber from other similar products?

It's very basic and suited for general communication. There is nothing fancy about the application; just gets the job done. Feels reliable and robust.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is super simple to use, the UI is suited for any user (basic, intermediate, advanced). Overall, a very good application for basic chat and video/group calling.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Many glitches with the tool. I often find that the audio/video settings often default or change on their own when i restart the application. I also often have audio issues and have to reconnect several times before it works properly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would honestly recommend only using this product for general consumption. If you were to go down the route of using a more interactive/modern application, I would go with WebEx as it's constantly evolving.
