What differentiates Circleloop from other similar products?

Circleloops packages are affordable for business owners paying far less than what you would on a normal landline. Their team are always on job with any issues you may face setting up. Very friendly and knowledgable and always willing to help unlike BT, there are a lot of verification setups involved before you can talk about anything. You could easily waste hours speaking with BT and have no resolutions. Circleloop has surprised me with their level of customer service. Some of their feature our business will benefit from includes; phone app, customisable hold music, easy transfers, out-of-hours settings & CRM integrations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is the level of control & in-app features you get over your phones compared to a standard landline.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It would be cool if we could integrate Microsoft business central but that's an added bonus.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The quality of features and support you get for the price paid are unmatched across the market.

Unlmited calls to US and UK, call recording and flexibility of numbers to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing to dislike if I am totally honest.
