wonderful application, you can have the digital control avoiding papers or print the invoices.

What differentiates Chrome River EXPENSE from other similar products?

Cost and the customization

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Receipt submission and the UI is probably the best features

What do you dislike most about this product?

I feel like the training for end users could be better and since most of it is self service now on the admin side I would like to see more training for admins so we can make changes as needed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take the time to do the implementation with Chrome River to get it set up the way you want. Create a plan for educating the end users as I don't feel that CR has adequate training for the end users.
