What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?

The only other call recording tool I have used is Playbooks. This is leaps and bounds ahead with its analytics.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

IDing filer words, talk time, and key phrases.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not knowing how to best utilize it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be sure that it integrates with your other tools and isn't redundant.
