What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?

We evaluated Chorus and Gong and found the feature set, implementation process, training and support model much better with Chorus.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to provide real-time feedback to members of the Sales team in a quick and easy manner.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We have had some minor technical issues with the recorder not working on certain calls. All were quickly resolved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ensure you have the staff in place to build out the features that provide real value such as scorecards.

What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?

I feel that the overall capabilities and features that Chorus offers is what differentiates it. There is such a high level of customizations that can be made that I think it can help any type of organization.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the analytics and feedback you are able to gain from Chorus.ai! It has really helped to provide me with a deeper understanding of my calls and how I am interacting with customers. I also love how easy they make it to share the recordings with others, like customers, for reference.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No dislikes to call out - one area of improvement could be the "naming" of recordings as sometimes they are incorrect in the dashboard.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are looking for a tool to help you, your team, or your organization - definitely look at investing in Chorus!

What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?

I'm not familiar with other products, so cannot provide much detail to this question.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love that I can share either an entire call or a snip-it of the call with my manager. It allows me to receive critical feedback easily and also provides a layer of transparency and support when I hand off a customer to another department. The analytics features is also great, as it holds me accountable for talk speed, filler words, and next steps.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have had a handful of experiences where Chorus didn't connect to a call automatically and had to manually add it to a call. Also, it may sound silly, but a snapshot of the call pops up when sharing the link to a call with another person. The snap shot if often an in-the-moment capture and not a pleasant look.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're in a sales role you should absolutely be using Chorus! It's easy to use and an incredibly supportive tool.
