What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?

Chorus.ai appears to be the premier call recording product on the market -it's like using Zoom vs Microsoft Teams, you know Zoom is the best (just like Chorus)

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the ability to speed up conversations and most importantly skip speakers -you can get to what you need to hear quickly. Also it's great that Chorus transcribes the conversation because you can key in on important terms/words/phrases that you're looking for etc

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing -Chorus is great

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend you to buy Chorus -it helps me and other sales reps close a lot of deals, what your prospect says matters, great to be able to listen to what they say so you truly understand
