The notes taking feature is amazing. I love that a transcript with the recording and anayltics is emailed to me directly following a call

Eliminates the need to take notes in a meeting ever again

The product is always evolving and the roadmap is clear.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Very easy to use by anyone in the organization. We use this throughout sales, customer success, support, marketing and product.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have very few complaints. The data integration can be less than perfect at time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ensure implementation is done correctly from the beginning. Work to establish KPIs for your team early on.

Chorus.ai is an easy to navigate and extremely helpful tool.

Clearly outlining next steps. This creates less headache on those taking notes throughout client calls.

The product showcases as a "notetaker" which can confuse clients.
