How simple the integration is and how it just works.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It will randomly disconnect from the calendar or zoom and I will have to reconnect.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ask if they offer a senior discount.

What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?
Nothing that I have found so far, from the one other product I have used.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Call recording is very reliable. Coaching is good though not as good as Gong's in my opinion. Mobile works.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The delay in adding it to a call in progress.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Involve an actual sales rep in the review of the product, don't just have the Manager and Admin review, as the details matter!
