Completely automated call recording once engrained in the system.

Modifying snippets before sending to customers.

When it doesn't sync and fails to record meetings.

Manually double-check recording as working before relying on chorus too much

Audio recordings.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The AI transcripts.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is really good to review calls and integrates really well with Zoom, but the AI transcript functionality needs more work.
