with call recordings could be better attached to outreach/salesloft. Sometime bot droppes off the zoom call if the time goes over.

not the best coaching tool on the market but it is good

Chorus provides call recording and transcription as well as AI analysis, the opportunity for others to comment on calls, to trim calls, and share snippets, and keyword search within transcripts. Chorus integrates with our existing systems effectively

If there is ever a glitch that prevents Chorus from joining
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Plan to give access to both SDR/BDR teams and Account Executive teams as well as Sales Managers. There are a lot of great analytics hidden in the system, worth doing a training on them with your Chorus CSM.

Not being able to transcript my French conversations

Make sure all features are understood, I feel I am underusing the product.
