What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?

I can only vouch for what I know of Chorus- Which is that I use it every single day, on every client call. I love how it integrates with Salesforce, Schedule Once, My Calendar, Zoom and how easy it is to use. Love the analytics. Do I know all of the data behind how we got here as an organization? how many hours, days or weeks it took us to get here? Nope. But I know we all love it and as far as I can see, I dont see us moving away from Chorus anytime soon!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Integrations w/ Zoom! and the call analytics!

What do you dislike most about this product?

That it wont record calls that have invitees with domains outside of an organization- such as Gmail, Yahoo emails etc. Doesnt happen too often, and I can override by recording in Zoom,, but thats about the only thing ive ever found that was a negative- and thats not that big of a deal!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try It! If recording, analyzing, and linking your calls are important -check it out!
