Annotating specific points of conversation during calls, engaging with leadership on performance and growth initiatives.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The call transcripts could be better.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are serious about having end-users own and drive their individual performance, or collaborate around real customer interactions, you should seriously consider ChorusAI.

What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?

I can only vouch for what I know of Chorus- Which is that I use it every single day, on every client call. I love how it integrates with Salesforce, Schedule Once, My Calendar, Zoom and how easy it is to use. Love the analytics. Do I know all of the data behind how we got here as an organization? how many hours, days or weeks it took us to get here? Nope. But I know we all love it and as far as I can see, I dont see us moving away from Chorus anytime soon!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Integrations w/ Zoom! and the call analytics!

What do you dislike most about this product?

That it wont record calls that have invitees with domains outside of an organization- such as Gmail, Yahoo emails etc. Doesnt happen too often, and I can override by recording in Zoom,, but thats about the only thing ive ever found that was a negative- and thats not that big of a deal!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try It! If recording, analyzing, and linking your calls are important -check it out!
