What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?

User-friendly platform that is very clear to navigate. I have used the competition and I find Chorus to be as clear as day. I appreciate the audio transcription and the features that come with it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy the playlists one can create as they find calls that their peers have for review. As a new member of the team, I find myself watching and learning from all recommended deals, and being able to have a dedicated playlist is ideal.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I find that the sales skills section could be more complete on what they track and the ability to highlight specific skills would be ideal. This can be done with the manager's approval as an idea.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ensure that everyone on your team is coming together to be trained on this product, especially since there are many new features they can use and they may only have experience with the competition.
