I have evaluated 2 other competitors and Chorus' ease of use is much further along than the competition.

Ease of deployment + ease of use

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the chorus bot drops off but it's rare.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do your due diligence but do not leave Chorus off your list of vendors to evaluate!

The snippet feature for quick sharing

What do you dislike most about this product?

It doesn't do a great job of picking up the right video participant in recordings

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a worthwhile investment if you plan on using its full feature set (trigger words, coaching, etc.)

What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?

Only evaluated Gong and Chorus and they seem roughly on par.j

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The confidence it brings in having all calls recorded and not letting details fall through the cracks

What do you dislike most about this product?

The "call being recorded" warning up front is a little much.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure leadership is bought in on the coaching element. Chorus is great to have a record of all calls, but I feel like the real power comes from creating a culture of reviewing those calls together and learning from them.
