What differentiates Chorus by ZoomInfo from other similar products?

I haven't utilized similar products, so I'm not sure what differentiators there are.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love being able to go back and listen to my previous calls and learn how I could have shared information better. It is also vital in the hand-off from new business to account management to ensure customer expectations are met.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This is not necessarily anything that Chorus can control, but it still seems to cause some pause for customers to feel comfortable having their calls recorded. A clearer understanding for a customer on why the call is being recorded would be helpful prior to starting the call.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend this product to any org that has a sales hand-off process. It's very beneficial for post-sales teams to have a clear understanding of expectations and desired outcomes.
